Beauty Is Embarrassing is a feature-length documentary about noted American artist Wayne White that’s set to premiere at this year’s SXSW.

White, a jack of awesome trades, is known to most as the guy who designed the sets and puppets for Pee-wee’s Playhouse,

No theatrical release date has yet been set.
