Here’s my contribution to the Pee Wee Herman group show at Gallery 1988. The opening reception is this Friday July 29th, 7pm - 10pm at Gallery 1988 Venice, 214 Pier Ave, Santa Monica, CA. I’ll be in LA at the end of the week and plan to attend the opening on Friday night. Looking forward to seeing all the art in person and hope to meet some of the other artists and if I’m lucky Paul Reubens too.

I’m super excited about this show. I love Pee Wee, when I was eight years old I quit my karate classes because they took place at the same time Pee Wee’s Playhouse aired on TV. I may not be able to chop wood with my hand but the creative spark that show ignited in me lasts to this day. There are very few things that truly amaze but for me this is one of them.

There will be a few signed prints available from Gallery 1988.
